Campanile Salon-De-Provence Hotel, Salon-de-Provence

Upon arrival, I faced an unfriendly and cold reception by the staff, setting the tone for a disappointing stay. The state of my room, Number 46, was absolutely terrible, in desperate need of updating and reeked of cigarette smoke. However, the service provided was kind, polite, and helpful, with staff fluent in English and accommodating our request to store our bicycles securely. The location, though modern, was not exceptional, situated close to a highway, which was not ideal for our trip. The dining experience, while offering a few good options, was marred by being ridiculously expensive. Overall, this hotel fell short on many fronts.
